Booking a Service
We offer several easy ways to request a service or get in touch. You can send a message through our contact form, email us, or call to discuss what you need.
For pet care, house sitting, and home refresh services, we recommend sharing as much detail as possible so we can understand your pets, your home, your schedule, and the type of support you’re looking for.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the details, confirm availability, and follow up with any questions before finalizing your booking.
Deposit & Payment
At least 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates.
The remaining balance is due before service begins.
Cancellation Policy
7+ days' notice: Refund issued minus a 10% booking fee.
3–6 days' notice:50% refund of the amount paid.
Within 72 hours of the scheduled service: Payments are non-refundable.

Paws and Refresh proudly serves the Lake Oswego and Southwest Portland area, providing trusted pet care, house sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and home refresh services for local families and their pets.
Our primary service area includes Lake Oswego, SW Portland, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, and nearby neighborhoods. Depending on scheduling and location, we may also be able to accommodate clients in surrounding areas.
